Our support teams:

  • are a 24/7 helpdesk for international carrier customers
  • supervise and repair BICS' international backbone
  • maintain and repair BICS' international leased lines for both carrier and corporate customers
  • manage PoP's, sea cables, Fibre rings,... in 4 continents
  • ensure the restoration of high speed transmission systems, including sea cables

Our Customer Service is also responsible for the continuous quality control on BICS' Network, including:

  • complaint handling
  • online network monitoring
  • quality reporting
  • routing management
  • traffic quality management
