  • International Capacity Account Manager
    You promote, sell and daily trade our Capacity solutions (SDH, Carrier Ethernet, submarine capacities etc.) to increase our leading position as a telecommunications gateway. You are responsible for managing the relationship with assigned key customers and interact at all levels within the customers's organisation. You have a master degree (preferably in business or economics) and you have proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Managing Director East and Central Africa (located in Kenya-Nairobi)
    You promote/sell BICS' international wholesale voice and mobile data solutions (Signalling, SMS, GRX, MMS…) to increase BICS' leading position as a telecommunications gateway. You are responsible for the further development of your customer’s portfolio including the new data solutions in the area of roaming. You have a proven track record in sales, negotiation & communication, combined with strong analytical and decision making skills. Experience in the international voice/mobile data wholesale market is a must.

  • Regional Technical Manager
    You are the accountable technical interface between BICS (a Belgacom Group Company), their Customers in one Region of the World (Americas, Asia, Middle-East, Africa, …) and the BICS sales organisation. You have a relevant and broad technical experience in the international telecommunication business. You have a University degree in engineering and you are fluent in English. Any other language is an asset (Russian, French, Dutch,…).
  • International Network Cost Manager
    You are accountable for the optimisation of the operating costs associated to the BICS network. You identify and validate cost saving opportunities, and you drive their execution until they deliver the expected result. You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in the domain of international wholesale capacity. You have strong leadership skills and experience in coordinating virtual teams across departments. You have project management experience and you are a team player.
  • 2nd Line Senior Service Engineer
    You assure second line support for all BICS Voice products and for all voice platforms (NGN switches, SBC etc). As Senior engineer, you are responsible for all the 2nd line issues (techniques, systems or processes). You perform incident management as well as planned works. You are responsible for correct planning and organizing the change requests and planned works within 2nd Line service team. You have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Electronics, IT or ICT. You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.
  • Senior Mobile Data Service Engineer
    You prepare the design and documentation to activate new mobile data customers on the BICS network. You provide technical expertise internally to team members and other internal related departments. You have a master degree in electronics, informatics or telecommunication, or relevant work experience in a mobile service provider environment. You have very strong SS7, MAP and core network systems knowledge.
  • 2nd Line Senior Service Engineer (IP, MPLS, Carrier Ethernet, Transmission)
    You manage and execute network fulfilment projects coming from engineering. You assure network availability/quality and perform active and reactive maintenance actions together with other internal teams. You a have a Master's degree in electronics, informatics or telecommunication, or relevant work experience in a network service provider environment. You are Cisco Certified at CCIP/CCNP level or equal through experience.
  • Signalling Expert Mobile Data solutions
    You follow, study and evaluate technology evolution in order to identify new mobile data applications in the international network. You design technical solutions, select the appropriate vendor, take care of the ordering, implement and document the solutions and transfer the solutions to operational teams. You hav a master degree and you have at least 10 years experience in an international telecom environment. You have very strong technical knowledge in the following signalling protocols: ISUP, SS7, MAP, USSD,  SIP, SIGTRAN, CAMEL (experience with Diameter is an asset).

Finance

  • Financial Controlling Analyst
    You participate in the preparation of the budget, forecasting and long term planning exercises and in the preparation of the recurring financial reporting and support the closing process. You analyze the monthly results and help in performing the variance analysis. You assist the Financial Controller in providing support and challenge the assumptions of business cases. You have a Master degree (in applied economics or equivalent) while some work experience in external audit, controlling or financial analysis is a plus. You are PC literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word) and have some experience in database systems and you speak fluent English and Dutch or French.
  • Business Development Manager - Signalling
    You are responsible for driving the business development activities around the BICS’ Mobile Signalling product portfolio. You support our global Account Manager community in promoting our Mobile Data product range to our customer base globally while working closely with the Product Managers for the continuous development of the services. You are passionate about the Mobile and Roaming industries and exhibit an understanding of the technical and commercial inter-relationships that exist within the end-to-end mobile roaming landscape. You should have 5 years experience in the Mobile industry and hold a sound knowledge of the roaming business, its key stakeholders, and market evolution – an important ability to help chart the future direction of our industry.
  • Head of Mobile IP Products
    You are responsible for the realization of the revenues and margin objectives for the Mobile IP product group. You continuously monitor volumes, revenues, costs, quality and profitability. You define customer pricing, product positioning & priorities. You identify opportunities to optimise the financial budget. You are responsible for lobbying and contributing to international standardization of your product portfolio to keep market edge (GSMA, BARG, RING, IWG) and increase visibility of our services. You have a Master degree, preferably you are Civil Engineer. You have a strong knowledge of Mobile Roaming and IP, both technical as commercial and at least 10 years of experience.
  • Strategy and Business Consolidation Project Manager
    You collect and summarize information on the international telecom market evolution and on the BICS positioning, in close relation with each business unit and with the shareholders. You contribute to the definition of the global strategy of the company and its translation it into actionable strategic objectives (Strategic & Financial Planning Process). You have a relevant and broad experience in the international telecommunication business.  A specific experience in the international carrier business is an asset. You have a university degree in Commercial or Economics or 3rd cycle graduate.  You are fluent in English.  Any other assets is an asset (French, Dutch, Spannish).
  • (Senior) Business Manager Messaging
    You are responsible for all messaging customers of BICS (SMS, MMS and SMS A2P) to optimize the profitability of our messaging business, while enhancing the customer experience with the best-in-class product. You lead the Messaging Election & Trading Team. You have a Master's degree and 5-10 years experience in Telecom. Experience in International SMS (A2P) is an asset. You have strong organisational skills and are disciplined in follow-up.
