Sales
- Bid Manager
You coordinate all bids and responses to customer RFP/RFQ’s across all regions to ensure consistency and efficiency. You implement a formal bid response process to be used across the entire organization, including pre- and post-sales processes. You coordinate across various internal departments (Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering & Service Delivery, Network Planning, etc.) to ensure best in class bid offering in line with BICS' commercial strategy and marketing guidelines and with full transparency for all bids in the pipeline. You actively manage the sales pipe with respect to all current and potential bids and share best practices across various regions to increase the success rate and shorten the sales cycle. You have a master degree and at least 5 years of Carrier Wholesale experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Bid Management. You have excellent communication & writing skills and English is your mother tongue or you master it. - Mobile Data and Roaming Sales Manager (located in Dubai)
You promote and sell BICS' international wholesale mobile data and roaming solutions throughout the Middle East and provide pre-sales technical consultancy throughout the sales process, focusing on sales closure to increase BICS' leading position and market share. You identify opportunities, develop sales strategy and provide technical/commercial proposals that enable customers to achieve their business goals. You have a Master degree in Engineering. Experience in international mobile data and roaming solutions is a must. English both spoken and written is essential. Knowledge of other languages such as French and arabic is an advantage. - Regional Sales Manager, Roaming Services (Americas)
You promote/sell BICS' international wholesale mobile data and roaming solutions throughout Latin America and provide pre-sales technical consultancy throughout the sales process, focusing on sales closure to increase BICS' leading position and market share. You are responsible for managing the relationship with assigned mobile operators and interact at all levels within the customer’s organization. You have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4 year university or college. Experience with mobile data and roaming solutions is a must. Native fluency in Spanish is a must, and fluency in Portuguese is highly desired. - International Senior Account Manager for Africa and Middle-East (preferably located in Brussels)
You promote/sell BICS' international wholesale voice and mobile data solutions (Signalling, SMS, GRX, MMS, Roaming Hub…) to increase BICS' leading position as a telecommunications gateway. You are responsible for the further development of your customers' portfolio including the new data solutions in the area of roaming (such as Roaming Value Added Services, Roaming Business Intelligence and Monitoring tools). Experience in the international voice/mobile data wholesale in the Africa region is a must. You have a Master degree (preferably in Engineering). - Junior Business Manager
You manage daily post-sales relationship with customers in the Middle East, related to SMS and MMS products. You will closely work with Account Managers in the sales department. You have a Bachelor degree and two years experience in a sales function within the telecommunications industry. You have commercial experience with Middle East companies. You are fluent in English and Arabic.

Operations & Engineering
- Senior Fixed services design engineer
You ensure state of the art design solutions for new customer interconnections and existing customer interconnection adaptations guaranteeing optimal cost and usage of network resources. You will be responsible for the bilateral agreement with the technical counterparts on customer side. You will be actively involved in project planning, prioritization and end to end follow-up of the service implementation. You have a vast telecommunication knowledge (both technology and product): IP/Ethernet, PDH/SDH/Capacity (satellite, submarine, local tail), SS7/Sigtran signaling, TDM and VoIP switching, voice compression, etc. You are experienced in the design of fixed and mobile networks interconnections. You are fluent in English and French or Dutch. - Service engineer for 1st line infrastructure NOC
You assure the on-line monitoring of the network and service performance and ensure business continuity by being part of a 24/7 organization in order to guarantee service availability. You treat infrastructure outages (reactive & proactive ones) for BICS' Capacity products (Leased Lines & Carrier Ethernet), Backbone products and the network (Equipment and Transmission systems) for both external and internal customers. You are the first interface with the customer and ensure regular feedback on the status of the problem and actions taken in order to meet Service Level Agreements and address business or market needs. You have a bachelor degree in ICT and you are passionate about the telecommunications industry. You are prepared to work early and late shifts, at night and during the weekends (24/7). You are fluent in English and Dutch or French. - Roaming billing and TADIG expert
You follow-up, coordinate and assist the TADIG testing related activities, with Operators and 3d parties. You are responsible for the day to day relation with the DCHs. You answer customer TADIG related questions and support specific requests related to TAP and RAP files handling. You follow-up the availability and correctness of RTDR files. You support internal departments (a.o. Product Management, Roaming Operations, Finance Billing & Collection) for any TADIG/TAP/RAP related issue and for the billing dispute process. You have 6 years of experience in TADIG domain in a Data Clearing House or at a Mobile Operator. You have excellent knowledge of GSMA TADIG related Reference Documents. You are fluent in English (spoken and written). - Service Manager
You are the dedicated Service Manager to a selection of key customers and their main contact point for all post-provisioning service issues. You establish a long term partner management relation of trust with your counterpart. You deliver customized periodical reports and analysis to the customers, organize periodical QoS review meetings and/or conference calls and negotiate corrective actions. You will act as a partner/consultant, mainly in the Mobile Data domain, analyzing the roaming quality trends of the customer’s traffic and provide recommendations to improve. You have a University degree in the telecom domain and a large experience in the international wholesale telecom business with a strong technical focus on Mobile Data (Roaming, SMS, GRX, LTE, etc.). You have a strong customer orientation, a huge flexibility and accessibility and strong communication skills in English, spoken and written. - Assistant Roaming Coordinator
You work within the Roaming Operations team with coordinators and roaming engineers. You coordinate day-to-day activities closely with customers roaming teams, and assist them to speed up roaming relation creation. You create weekly/monthly/annual reports related with roaming operations. You have a University degree (or equivalent experience). and experience in telecom business. You are able to work in an independent way, with good communication and negotiations skills. - Regional Technical Manager (Mobile Networks)
You are the accountable technical interface between BICS, its customers in a specific region of the World (Americas, Asia, Middle-East, Africa, …) and the BICS sales organisation. You are accountable for the customers’ technical life-cycle (pre-sales, fulfilment, post-provisioning). You propose and agree a high level design for all the products and services BICS offers to its customers. You have a relevant and broad technical experience in the international telecommunication business or in operating Mobile Networks. You have a Master degree in Engineering. You are fluent in English. Any other language is an asset (Russian, French, Dutch,…). - Specialist Service Engineer (Fixed Services)
You are responsible for the implementation, the configuration and test system & validation of all telecommunications solutions within & between all their fixed branches and for an international provisioning of customers’ interconnections. You are responsible to provide technical assistance to a customer during the stages of the project, from the first step of the implementation process and up to the line-up meetings. You have a Bachelor degree in the field of telecom, IT and/or electronics, with a minimum of 3 years of operational and engineering experiences in the International Telecom Business. You are result-oriented, customer driven and focused on delivering. - Expert IP/MPLS Network Architect
You analyse the volume forecasts formulated by Capacity Management & study the impact of future needs on the IP/MPLS Core network. You monitor network infrastructure evolution and adapt/re-design accordingly the DCN Network. YTou have a degree in Engineering (civil or industrial) with an experience of minimum 6 years in the telecom industry with at least 2 years of experience in international telecom networks. You have a strong knowledge of IPv6, IP Sec configurations, Internet Architectures for large service provider, Network Traffic Analysis & Performance reporting (Netflow, IP, SLA, TWAMP). - Capacity Sales Support and Optimisation Manager
You will manage a team in charge of the commercial back-end activities for the Capacity Business Unit. This includes documenting and managing requests for quotations, and documenting the full commercial life-cycle of all capacity products, both for internal and external needs. You have a Master degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in the domain of international wholesale capacity. You have a good business feeling and excellent negotiation skills.
IT
- Business Process and Project Manager
You are responsible for mapping high level processes and conducting SWOT process analyses. You build the process project roadmap focusing on the most valuable project by translating performance improvement into financial benefits. You train people on process improvement methodology. Your process and project management skills are exemplary. You have around 5 years experience in a similar job. You have a thoroughly understanding of, and good experience in, the use of advanced continuous improvement tools and techniques (Voice of the Customer, SIPOC, Value Stream mapping, Cause and Effects Analysis, Visual process control tools, Four Step Rapid Setup Method,…). You have excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Finance
- Administrative Assistant
You ensure correct introduction and verification of business expenses, create the approval flow for incoming invoices, archive and file the processed invoices, postings and business expenses. You process incoming and outgoing mail for Accounting team and scan incoming invoices and administrative documents. You ensure supplier data is accurate and up to date in accounting software. You have 2-4 years of experience in a similar function, are organized, structured and able to respect confidentiality when handling sensitive information. You are fluent in English and Dutch or French. - Accounts Payable Accountant
You process invoices to ensure timely and correct payments (verification with Purchase Order, approval for non PO invoices, preparation of automated & manual payments). You ensure correct booking and verification of business expenses. You perform closing activities (accruals, reconciliation, analysis, etc.) and prepare the internal and external audit file. You have a bachelor in accounting/finance (min. 2-3 years of accounting experience), BEGAAP knowledge and experience in VAT & Tax topics. You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
Strategy & Product Management
- Product Manager Mobile Messaging
You gather market information related to customer/markets/products in order to define product strategies for Mobile Messaging according to several scenarios (new opportunities, modifying product mix). You own the pricing strategy of the product line and determine the right price positioning in accordance with business objectives at regional and global level. You support the Commercial Department in providing detailed traffic information per mobile operator, targets for acquisition (sales pipe),etc. You have a Master degree, with 3 years of relevant experience. You have already a good knowledge of mobile messaging products or you are able to acquire the necessary technical knowledge. You are fluent in English. - Product Manager Signalling
You will follow up the deployment of new solutions internally and at customer level. You will assist the sales organization in their sales process (presales, RFx’s…) and assist the PM in targeting the markets and develop sales activities around the world. You are a Telecommunication Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in the domain of Signalling (SS7, MAP, CAMEL…) and Roaming. An outstanding knowlegde of this domain is required. You have strong communication and presentation skills. - Strategy, Merger and Acquisition Project Manager
You collect and summarize information on the (international) telecom market evolution and on the BICS positioning, in close relation with each business unit and with the shareholders. You contribute to the definition of the global strategy of the company and its translation it into actionable strategic objectives (Strategic & Financial Planning Process). You manage on ad’hoc basis the process aiming to solve “Key Strategic Question” raised during the strategic planning process. You develop robust models supporting the business valuations and the combined entity’s business plan. You produce the required documents for approval by the Executive Committee and by the Board of the company. You have a relevant and broad experience in the international telecommunication business. A specific experience in the international carrier/wholesale business is an asset. You have a university degree in Commercial or Economics or 3rd cycle graduate. You are fluent in English. Any other language is an asset (French, Dutch, Spanish). - Mobile IP Product Manager
You gather market information related to customer/ markets/ products in order to define product requirements and development roadmap for existing and future new products. You develop product documentations and marketing collateral (product presentations, manuals and sales training content) and ensure availability of updated documents. You are knowledgeable in Mobile and IP technology and you have 3 to 5 years of experience in IP engineering and experience in Product Management is an asset. You have a Telecommunication Engineering University degree or equivalent by experience. You are fluent in English and willing to travel.
