We are delighted to share that the BICS website has been recognized at the Digital Impact Awards 2023.
These awards, organized by Cravenhill Publishing, celebrate the dynamic ways that digital corporate communications are evolving. We are delighted that our own efforts to drive towards digitalization were recognized by two awards:
- Gold for Best use of digital in the technology, media, and telecommunications space
- Bronze for Best corporate website
This is a fantastic result, highlighting BICS’ evolution as a forward-thinking, progressive communications technology company.
Aligning product focus and customer experience
The awards mark the end of a project kicked off in 2021 to redesign the BICS website through a modern, future-looking lens.
Together with our partners at Isoline Communications, we set out to redefine the user experience (UX), from navigation to insightful content. The objective was to cater to all our existing customers across the enterprise and telecommunications segments and help new prospects discover our solutions in an easily accessible way.
A pillar of digital transformation
The project yielded not just a more easily navigable and aesthetically pleasing website. It also demonstrates BICS’ passion for digital transformation. In this sense, the website sits at the heart of our overall strategy, propelling our business and our customers to the future of communications technology through an optimized online experience.
